Maintenance

Follow the recommendations of your unit for maintenance. Make sure you are changing out your air filter when the filter is dirty or when it is recommended by the manual. Check your heat before the cold weather sets in so that you are not waiting on an appointment to get it looked at or repaired. The same with the air conditioning, it should be checked before the hot weather sets in so that you are not waiting for the technician to diagnose your system.
